Finding your Device

  • Once your device is powered up, it should be available in 1-2 minutes. If it cannot be found, visit our Support Center for help.
  • After finding your device, you can use the LAN Access link in the upper right-hand corner of the device page to access the device directly when you are on the same LAN. You can also connect directly to your device through the URL http://DEVNAME/ or http://DEVNAME.local/ where DEVNAME is the name of your device (e.g. eGauge9999).
  • Note: eGauge devices without internet connectivity or a site-wide password enabled will not be displayed in this list.
